What is the training about?
As organisations embrace AI, many overlook the need for comprehensive staff training on responsible and sustainable AI use. This becomes particularly concerning with the new EU AI Act requirements in mind.In force from 1 August 2024, the Act (article 4) mandates AI literacy trainings to be in place by 2 February 2025. However, if done by instructors without solid AI governance experience, these trainings become a box-ticking exercise, likely leaving organisations both legally non-compliant and vulnerable to AI adoption challenges. The Act requires finding out where your AI initiatives fall under the regulatory classification, figuring out the way towards compliance, identifying and managing potential issues, setting up controls and reducing residual risk.Organisations that neglect this may face not only regulatory fines but also financial losses and erosion of client and public trust. This training equips you with skills and frameworks necessary to navigate these challenges and lead your organisation towards responsible AI adoption.
Who will benefit?
Managers, professionals and advisors who are keen to learn about the legal requirements for providers and deployers of AI systems and AI models covered by the EU AI Act, about the frameworks, approaches and controls needed to govern them, the role of ISO/IEC and CEN/CENELEC standards, and the practical steps towards AI governance and compliance.

Testimonials
Marina Donald
Head of Legal and Data Protection Officer at The Virtual CISO Limited
I am interested in AI regulation, and I was fortunate enough to have Aleksandr as my lecturer. His high level of professionalism opened the door to a new regulatory space for me, giving invaluable support in this terra incognita. Aleksandr provided practical details and, in my case, displayed a great deal of patience in explaining complex concepts to a newcomer without a technical background. His enthusiasm and expertise made my first steps in discovering this new field an enriching experience. (Source)

Judging by my LinkedIn feed, everybody is tinkering with generative AI all day long these days (yes, yes, it is all work related, of course 😉). As they say, it is all fun and games until someone loses an eye. If you deploy (or plan to deploy) generative AI in a corporate setting, listen to what Aleksandr Tiulkanov has to say about how to use AI responsibly. I know him for several years, he knows what he is talking about, and he has become one of the leading experts that I know in AI ethics. (Source)
